NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT)

From 1 April 2015, dental practices providing treatment commissioned by NHS England are required to implement the NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT), shown below. This provides an opportunity for NHS patients who use the practice to give anonymous feedback to NHS England.
